Lee Kum Kee is the leader of authentic Chinese sauces and condiments in the world. Mr. Lee Kum Sheung, the founder of Lee Kum Kee invented oyster sauce in Nanshui Town of Zhuhai, Guangdong province in 1888. The Convention Alliance of The Outstanding Contribution in Food Safety & Public Health, also known as the Seven-Star Alliance, is co-launched by Ecolab Inc. and China Business Network, and supported by the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST) and China Chain Store & Franchise Association (CCFA). It

is a national industry and non-pro.t and nongovernment organization, which is made up of food experts, Seven-Star enterprises from food manufacture, food service and retail, and industrial associations.

Mission

Unifying the strengths of government bodies, food enterprises, industrial associations, media and the general public to push forward the development of the food industry, Seven-Star Alliance is dedicated to becoming an organization to promote food safety and public health in China.

Purpose

To share the advantage concepts, complete system, corporate culture and best practices and promote the progress of food safety in China through unifying the strengths of the society. To maximize social responsibility practices to raise the standards of food and food safety across China so that consumers can enjoy safer and healthier food.

Infinitus (China) Company Ltd (Infinitus) is a member of LKK Health Product Group. It was established in Guangzhou in 1992. In.nitus is a large-scale enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sale of Chinese herbal health products.The core brand is“In.nitus”and has since then created 5 series, 6 brands, 121 products. So far, it has set up 36 branches, 28 service centers and nearly 6000 exclusive stores in Mainland China.

At present Infinitushas 2 production bases. One is located in Xinhui, Guangdong and covers about 200,000 square meters. Its total investment exceeds RMB 3 billion (approximately USD 500 million). Construction of the second production base in Yingkou, Liaoning started in 2012 with a total investment of RMB 1.5 billion (approximately USD 200 million) for the first phase. The base has been finished in October 2014, covering an area of 350,000 square meters. By 2019, In.nitus will have had its annual product supply capacity exceed RMB 50 billion (approx. USD 8.17 billion). The Xinhui and Yingkou base have been certi.ed to FSSC22000,

ISO9001:2008, GB/T22000-2006/ISO22000:2005, HACCP, and GMP for health products.
